Black Bean and Chipotle Chili
Made with fresh tomatoes, red peppers, onions, black beans and chipotle chili peppers, Kavarna's Chipotle and Black Bean Chili is spicy and good.
Fortunately my own mom and I get along very well, so there was no cause for tears on that front. What made me cry was seeing this clip of Al Gore on Saturday Night Live and dwelling too much on what might have been. The prospect of Al Gore in 2000 didn't exactly energize me at the time: but Ralph Nader's claim that there was no real difference between Gore and Bush really doesn't stand up in retrospect. Alas.
