Memo

At the end of the day and going forward it's necessary to put a stake in the ground and jettison the use of business clichés. Not exactly low hanging fruit, but you have to think outside of the box, it's a win-win situation. If we have the courage of our convictions and hire thought leaders to analyze best practices in robustizing our use of language, I believe we can hit the ground running as long as we don't drop the ball. Today, more than ever we got to raise the bar and go from good to great. We've got to take it to the next level and re-invent business language to create a new benchmark in user-experience. We see this as a plus for all stakeholders, so let us all be change agents in pushing the envelope in this paradigm shift, it brings a lot of value to the table. Let's give it 110% and later we can spend more time with the family after we've maximized customer satisfaction!

Minestrone

Thick, good minestrone: tomatoes, shell noodles, beans, zucchini... a very wholesome soup! Tasty too.
