Black Bean and Chipotle Chili
Made with fresh tomatoes, red peppers, onions, black beans and chipotle chili peppers, Kavarna's Chipotle and Black Bean Chili is spicy and good.
We were recently visited by Lisa Kivirist, her husband John Ivanko, son Liam, and Grandmother Sue. Aside from being wonderful people to eat lunch with, Lisa and John are the owners of a vegetarian bed and breakfast just South of Monroe, Wisconsin called Inn Serendipity. They also seem to have made writing about food, sustainability, ecology, and travel something of a family cottage industry.
